A few clear answers about what Rehnuma-e-Udaan is—and what it is not.

Frequently asked

What does Rehnuma mean?

A guide who helps make paths visible without choosing the destination.

Who can ask for guidance?

Any student looking for direction around education, careers, opportunity, confidence, or life skills.

Is this a one-time workshop?

No. Consistent 1:1 or 1:2 mentorship is the heart of the model. Workshops, visits, and community initiatives extend that work; they do not replace the relationship.

Who can become a Rehnuma?

People ready to listen, show up consistently, respect a student’s agency, and share useful experience.

Can I refer a student?

Yes, with the student or their parent or guardian aware of the referral.

Does a Rehnuma replace a professional?

No. Medical, legal, mental-health, and safeguarding concerns belong with qualified professionals or authorities.

Every student deserves someone who can say: “Here's what you can do next.”
